Purchase and License Agreement
The purchase and sale of Baichuan's industry research reports in electronic form. It is your responsibility to review this agreement and understand its terms. In order to receive electronic delivery of the study in PDF format. You agree to abide the purchase and license agreement.
1 License
Single User License
The Single Use License authorizes a single individual to use the electronic study acquired. The report can be only used by the Purchaser. You may not republish or distribute any Materials or do anything else with the Materials that is not specifically permitted in this Agreement. Agreement to the Single User License terms is necessary in order to purchase it.
Multi User License
The Multi Use License allows 2 to 10 Users in your organization to share the study intelligence. The Purchaser may print up to ten copies of the reports. The company may not republish or distribute any materials or do anything else with the materials that is not specifically permitted in this Agreement. Agreement to the Multi User License terms is necessary in order to purchase it.
Enterprise User License
The Enterprise Use License allows everyone in your organization to share the study intelligence. The company may print copies of the reports for internal use within organization. The company may not distribute or republish any reports or do anything else with the reports that is not specifically permitted in this Agreement. Agreement to the Enterprise User License terms is necessary in order to purchase it.
3 Copyright: The entire contents of the document are copyrighted by Baichuan. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the publication, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent necessary to protect the rights of Baichuan.
4 Copy and Distribute: Copying and Distributing of the report, the authorized users must abide the purchase and license agreement. This event only occurs for multi and enterprise license, you must provide that such individuals are also employees of the organization which employs the purchasing individual.
5 Payment: You permit Baichuan to process payments through third-party payment gateways. You can refer to their Terms and Conditions for thorough information. Baichuan reserves the right to cease providing services to you at any time for non-payment of any invoice or for breach of any of these terms and conditions.
6 Liability Limitation: Company’s liability to you is limited. Baichuan will not be liable to you for any loss or damage. This limitation shall apply regardless of whether the damages arise out of breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory or form of action.
